Accessibility approach
We aim to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, clear form labels, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts, and structured page hierarchy across the public website and the customer platform.
Policies & rights
BatteryTrackr is being designed to provide a usable public website and operational platform for a broad range of users, devices, and access needs.
We aim to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, clear form labels, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts, and structured page hierarchy across the public website and the customer platform.
Ongoing work includes reviewing color contrast, strengthening form clarity, improving semantic structure, and refining interactive controls so common workflows remain usable on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Because the site is still evolving, some areas may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology or browsing setup. When an issue is identified, it should be treated as a product improvement item rather than a dead end for the visitor.
If you run into an accessibility barrier, use the contact page and describe the page, task, and issue. That gives us the fastest path to reproduce and improve the experience.
Need help?
If you need pricing, use the quote form. If you need support, privacy help, or accessibility help, use the contact page and describe the issue clearly so it lands with the right person.
